Customer Care Associate

We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Associate for our evening position, based in the Capital Region area.

The right candidate as the desire to be a member of the team and possess a “customer first” attitude. This candidate also has excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and problem solve. Candidates  with a two-year college degree and/or equivalent customer service background or experience, will be considered. Good computer skills including the ability to work in Microsoft Word and Excel  are necessary, experience in electronic communications (email, online chat) are a plus.
